CONSERVE - and enhance our amazing Grade II* listed Georgian church building

CREATE - fully accessible new church and community facilities

CONTRIBUTE - c30 genuinely affordable, permanently rented flats for the Hoxton neighbourhood as well as new school and community sports facilties  

During 2020, we submitted revised deisgn proposals for feedback to Historic England, the Hackney Local Authority Planning Department and the London Diocesan Advisory Committee for advice.

We're now conducting a project review, and appraising the options for moving the project on to the next stage. 

We're absolutely committed to ensuring any housing provided is genuinely affordable - and that affordabiliuty is locked-in for the long-term!
